    Earliest could be around Quarter 3 onwards and most probably Europe countries should get the first few. This is base on past Basel. Once it's out, usually most ADs around the world will get simultaneously.

    I would expect the the delivery of the Daytona to stay the same as the current model where ADs will say that it's a very popular model and make you wait via the waiting list and on top of that, charge you a premium above retail.

      looks like black dial is the same for old and new.
      eBay had the black ceramic bezel which you can pop on for $200. looks exactly like the black ceramic after that.

                          I have mixed feelings on the new Air King.

                          Seems like Rolex over produced the batch for the 39mm explorer dials and they just "reused/recycle/redesign" by printing the additional numbers. And it's distracting with the digits 5s on the top half. Just too busy with all the numbers in there...at least to me.




                          I do like the additional splash of colors though I think they slightly overdo it with the green second hand as well. Should have stayed with the steel second hand so that the contrast is focus on the coronet and the brand.

                          But from a distance, it does look pretty. Something like the moon, from far away it's gorgeous but reality is, it's not really is...


                          Well...Rolex sure got it right with him being the model for the Air King.




                          Sure the AK 2016 will have a following...but I will pass.

                            Man.. the black dial daytona doesn't look that nice but the white daytona ceramic looks great.. and i'm officially the new AirKing's fan.. i didn't quite fancy the older ak's but this new model looks great..

                              Thanks for your inputs. I felt the AK2016 was unique, cant wait to try it once it is available in local stores.

                                I felt that AK2016 is a facelift vision of Explorer 1. Mixed feeling in getting 1. New AK is like a over decorated Explorer 1. If get AK, I may have to sell my EXP 1. Price at £4100 (include VAT) in UK.
