Sad...new Rolex box damaged cannot close ;-(

I am so sad now...my new rolex box cannot close as i pulled it when got stuck in the outer box.
Anyone know if Rolex centre can fix or replace a box for me ?
If not, where can i buy a authentic rolex box?
Pls help....

I was quite amused by the entire thread, it read like as if TS went to buy a brand new Rolex box and was saddened when it was accidentally damaged. No mention of the Rolex watch by the TS.

Benefit of doubt given that a new watch is purchased thus the presence of the new box. Notably you have a point there too but more importantly the problem is fixed now.

because you did not answer how old is your watch box.

That could be a reason why AD refuse to do 1-to-1 exchange

Because as soon your box is repaired, you post a rolex for sale.

Well the rolex i posted for sale is my lady dj..
Different box from my submariner box.

I got the spoilt box , 1 for 1 exchange when I sent the oyster bracelet for repair ( Rolex is wore by my old man and bought under my name, I happen about two years back with I posted in other thread). Maybe u can keep the spoilt box and try yr luck when u sent in yr watch for repair or servicing.
