Sad...new Rolex box damaged cannot close ;-(

I am so sad now...my new rolex box cannot close as i pulled it when got stuck in the outer box.
Anyone know if Rolex centre can fix or replace a box for me ?
If not, where can i buy a authentic rolex box?

I assume you just bought the watch from a dealer or shop. Go back to them and get them to fix it at least or replace a brand new box for you instead of spending your own time to rectify the problem.

not sure if the RSC technicians are trained in repairing boxes, but i'm pretty sure they can get you a new box. but no stress, it's just a box, most importantly the watch is safe

im 1000% sure they have spare box. if not, ask them take back your box and let them request for a new box from rolex for 1 on 1 exchange

Partially the reason why I feel THG only want to sell the watch. No after sales service unless you're their regulars who probably bought tons of watches with them. Those 1 off customers they tend to keep one arm length apart. It's my personal opinion though. Hard to believe they don't have a single box left. If you purchase a watch, I bet the box will magically appear.

im 1000% sure they have spare box. if not, ask them take back your box and let them request for a new box from rolex for 1 on 1 exchange

Thanks all for the kind advise...hour glass do not provide such service of taking in box for 1 to 1 exchange.
However there's a nice salesman who managed to fix n now i can close my box ;-)

frankly i don't think THG will entertain such a request, what if other customers follow suit and start asking for box exchange etc.

your best bet is RSC imho.
