Last quoted by RSC few mths ago for my Gmt II c , was $75 or $80 for bracelet and another $75 or $80 for watch head !
And yes you can opt for just polishing of bracelet or watch head only .

as mentioned, in/out of warranty doesnt matter, it is a chargable service.

put simply, warranty only covers for defects and not cosmetic arising from daily wear and tear.

When I asked abt polishing before, I was told $300+? Cleaning nvr enquirer before. However the counter staff advice me to keep the money and save it for servicing as when they service, it includes polishing since polishing of the watch requires the movement to be removed.
Can anyone confirm if my info is accurate?

Yes, what the staff advice is correct. RSC will do everything when you send it in for overhaul. Hence, if your watch only suffered minor scratches, no point send it in, wait for 5 or 7 years before you spend the $300+

                          What to bring

If repairs - bring warranty card. If out of warranty, dun bother with card.

Must bring cash or credit card.

If you just want authentication (and you want FOC), bring attitude! Especially if your customer service person is that 108-year old old AUNTY.
