I would believe the if you send a watch to authenticate at example RSC SG. They would have a record of the watch passing their service centre. So if you are to post date the warranty would probably appear funny against their centre records. Whereas RSC globally record syncs probably would need some insiders to inform us.

But end of the day you can still argue that you just bought the watch off a grey seller with the 'post dated warranty'. Then is up to the centre to see if they would honor it.

for purchases, the warranty is valid only when bought from an authorized rolex jeweler and presented with a correctly filled-out warranty card.

so even if you bought it from an AD but you lost the receipt/warranty card or if the card was wrongly filled out (say, not your fault) and you don't have proof of purchase, you're up the proverbial creek.

RSC is not going to trace warranty records on your behalf... even if the watch just left the AD yesterday (that has been my experience anyway).

            Authorized, not grey

A grey dealer ain't suppose to be the one dating the card, it is the authorized dealer who is supposed to date it before leaving the store. Grey dealers are like end-buyers/consumers, just that they have managed to get some lobangs (opportunities) to acquire a set at a discount and thus pass on the savings to the next buyer/end consumer with a nice margin of course.
