Dear all, I am looking at buying one from local AD, can I know what is a good price I should be paying? should I go to THG or Cortina? Thks in advance.

Good choice on the Exp II!
The list price should be still 8097.
With typical discount, its around $6880....
but regulars here know you can get it for below $6700.
what you can do is visit both THG or Cortina, or even ADs in chinatown.
Then only part with ur money if u're satisfied!
