I can feel your frustration, guys.
IMO you can do one of the following three things:
1. Write in to Rolex (CEO or whoever) to complain, as suggested by some.
2. Ditch your Rolex watches and stop buying this brand.
3. Keep whining on this forum while continue to buy Rolex watches, and check again 8 years later to see if they have improved.

I've written in to Rolex SA 8 years ago after getting my explorer 2 butchered. I thought they would have improved on their services by now but I seriously doubt so.

I have the intention to send it for resizing too .. hmmm.. now I am quite worried.
Guess there are nothing one can do since resizing is a free service and one send it in willingly.
Originally posted by taxico View Posti sent my wife's exp2 a few weeks ago into RSC for re-sizing. came back with all 4 lugs scratched and a new scratch on the bezel.
the watch was only gently worn previously with no scratches except on 9 o'clock side of case before going into RSC.Rolex Submariner 116613LN

I doubt they will bother to response. But still good to let them know what is happening. They can employ the highest manufacturing methods in switzerland but so long their service networks are not up to standards. Then consider quite useless also.

Here is a thread from year 2009 from bro zidane. apparently he brought his sub to rsc for regulation and they scratched the right side of the casing. offered to polish out the scratch and made the lug on the right thinner. after so many years they still did not wake up their ideas?
