I'm not so sure if there's a tudor black "ray". But I know there's a Tudor Black Bay (BB) though.

i would go for the rolex ND. That said the Black bay with the fabric strap looks really sweet too.

i thought one of the best advise whilst reading the posts on this forum was what would you like the watch to do for you and which watch speaks to you more when you put it on.

the sub is almost doubled in price so very hard to compare. all depends on budget. are you willing to spend close to 10k for a watch?

if you don't mind buying pre-owned and/or have patience, there are good deals that come by from time to time. i've seen a few ceramic sub (no date) sell for high 6k - low 7s is a common price.

so while waiting, keep saving if you don't have enough money. if you want the sub but buy the tudor - you'll end up getting the sub later anyway. why take a hit on any depreciation?
