I think he meant THG at taka , yes the lady geraldine he mention is indeed a very friendly SE , i ask to see almost all the DD II WG ,YG and RG she display on her shelf , but she still serve with a smile, even when i alry told her i'm not ready to buy today !
Will certainly recommend her if you wanna buy from THG .

Sorry for the typo... yes.. i was referring to THG at TAKA S.C.

And Geraldine is very nice, i told her i am looking for a rubber strap that is below 10k... but i don't want a tudor or a sinn.

They didn't have any IWC in that outlet, i ask to see and feel the Hublot, although those are way out of budget, they gladly let me see and feel it.

She was also not pushy, which is something i appreciate.

KHH the prices quoted not competitive and usually 1-2k higher from my experience compared to the other AD THH in the same building.
I am also in sales line and sometimes ppl are rude and demanding as customers then complain that sales ppl got attitude. Everything is reciprocal. If you ask them nicely and is a genuine buyer i don't think they will treat you nastily. Anyway I won't expect too much cust service buying a rolex, who gives the best price i will buy from them.

KHH's pricing seriously sucks big time, simply put: they should have lost the license to sell rolex watches long time ago. not sure how on earth they lasted so long.

whilst THG's prices may not exactly tantamount to what one would term as marvelous but at least they dun treat u like dirt.

so what customer service we are talking abt here... We have to "check" their faces to buy watches...than i choose to travel or buy overseas!Well,to me like i mentioned customer service is utmost important in a retail business. Unless you are the only AD in the world can sell Rolex watches,ok you can be atas all the way...
