Usually ADs give 10% cos Rolex is deemed as controlled item, but if u r lucky can get more depending on how well u know them?

I may be wrong on the premiums, as most likely exchange rates do change everyday? Cheers!

It's your personal choice. You should try both on your wrist before you decide.

I don't see any difference except that generally, one would've paid slightly lesser for an overseas set than a local one.
