I recalled in another forum/thread and was mentioned that Rolex actually controlled the recommended discount percentage, if AD are found out give more than recommended discount say 20%, they might be at risk of Rolex striping off their Authorised Distributorship.

In Australia this is near impossible...... due to consumer laws ( Gov't ACCC ) which also protect shops / sellers / buyers etc..... you can't just strip of a dealership.... unless many breaches occur, and would prob go to court... complex stuff there.
