      Hi Brom goldvision and jasonxxl2000,

      Thanks for your replies and contributions. Can you kindly assist to explain better (amid my understanding)?

      Best regards,

        This is a tough choice.
        +1

        Would not hesitate to pull the trigger if Pelagos were any cheaper (or maybe just wait to get a slightly older version).

          If one would go something bling and instantly recognizable , go for the Sub C ND.

          However , given the price is twice as much and without a date function , i would go for the subtle Pelagos

          ETA or In house Movement to me does not really matter as both are non open case back , and most importantly of all , ETA makes servicing much more accessible and affordable.

          Just my 2 cents view

            Volkswagen owns Audi & priced Audis at a premuim but,
            DSG = S-Tronic,
            4Motion = Quattro,
            VW TSi engine = Audi TFSi engine,
            Golf GTi = A3 2.0T
            Passat 1.8T = A4 1.8T
            Passat CC 2.0T = A5 2.0T
            Tiguan Sport 2.0T = Q5 2.0T... & so on
            Just marketing 'gimmicks', pricing positions to gather more market share/segment.

              Hahaha i guess its just branding issues.. Tudor will always stay as a Tudor, and a Rolex, as a Rolex.

                  Tudor is always a Tudor but nevertheless it's still a refined watch with long history

                          Both for different market . Last time they used share parts eg Rolex case, crown, bracelet and design, people used to commented they were poor men Rolex. Now with their own parts and design , people commented they missed those Rolex parts and design.

                            Did Tudor ever use non-ETA movements?

                              The new models from Tudor esp. the black bay and Pelagos are indeed very attractive .. thus making me have a re-look at the Tudor range.
                              Rolex Submariner 116613LN
                              Tudor Heritage Black Bay 79220R
