Paris is one of the most expensive cities to buy in Europe. If you don't mind paying a premium and not obtaining any discounts the AD's which I can recommend would be Bucherer; Dubail ; Arashino and they are located close to each other around Place Vendome .
Dubail and Bucherer are really large shops and are kind of considered the "blue blood / artistocratic" kind of AD's . You might have to dress pretty well to get attended to as well.
Wempe in Paris is a smaller shop on Rue Royale off Place Vendome and is very close to La Duree ( excellent shop for cakes)The service there is excellent and professional and are very easy going .
Otherwise I would recommend Milan in Italy which would offer a better deal overall

Galleries La Fayette has an extensive rolex collection on the ground floor and lots of people actually get their base quote for an idea of the prices. You can walk into the shop in casual wear and they will be quite willing to allow you to try most pieces on.The other blue blood AD's they will allow you to walk in and have a look but if you're not dressed well they will most likely not allow you to try on any pieces or are semi- reluctant to even service you. If you do dress well and buy from AD's like Dubail they will give you the VIP treatment - expensive champagne really take time to show you how to properly operate the watch and other marketing items- watch travel pouches; watch books, additional polishing cloths their in house bags etc.

This guy bought his sub TT at Dubail.
BTW the AD's prices also do vary a little.

If he can offer this deal to u.. then it's a good deal. 20% VAT rebate from Italy is possible.

Hi, new to forum. Jus came back from Europe, travelled from Paris - Switzerland - Italy. Was checking prices from day 1 in Paris n finally buying my Sub in Milan. Apparently Italy offered the highest discount plus highest VAT refund among the three. Effective discount was 30% off the retail which I deem a good buy. Bucherer in Switzerland offer me 1% discount before refund n I really LOL...
Anyway the higher purchase price u pay, the higher the VAT refund in Italy. I almost bought another 2 in Venice but due to the models, no discount was given. What the sales quoted me was a 22% vat refund at best....
Jus my sharing from recent trip
