Depends on the countries you are travelling to, some countries probably better not to wear your Rolex or anything expensive.

The important thing is that you just need to be aware of your surroundings, the people around you etc.

I usually try not to wear when overseas. Coz sometime you may not know situations. Usually wear it for work or functions. Agree with TopCat, really depends on surroundings also. If you overprotective also, body language shows.

SS Sports Model not that flashy. I been in and out of Msia with a SD. No problems at all thou. However, ff its a half gold I think that may attract more attention compared to a SS model. So not really scared. Cautious perhaps.

I suggest to anyone going to Malaysia particularly to KL, JB or Selangor not to wear those shiny Rolexes as anyone who knows about Rolexes will straight away knows which Rolexes are fake and which ones are genuine.
