Yr qns is very general/vague. If u mean ROLEX, probably some pre-owned pcs from shops. Brand new is highly unlikely. Are u referring to men's or ladies'?

The question you posed is really very challenging. It is the same as asking I have $50,000.00 what car can I buy.

My humble recommendation is for you to go down to any pre-own shop to browse through and see what catches your eye and than get advice from the many lao jiao here on where to get and if possible the kind of price you should be targetting.

like our fellow member mentioned,go to the preowned shop to shop,get to see the actual pieces have a feel. Than remember the model number and prices quoted.So you can start doing your homework here on the cyberspace...

brand new for that budget is out of question for any models.

so you are left with only preown watches.

vintage pieces like 6694 can be considered. maybe some boy size models. maybe some ladies models without diamonds.

you need to ask yourself, what do you want. we know you are after a rolex, but what type? with a budget of 3-4k, you do not have a large range, but a range to choose from nonetheless. vintage manual models will be easy to obtain with a budget, you may even be able to go to dress series auto wining, but you will be stretching yourself abit.... best you go shop around, look at the pieces you want, then compare prices.
