Step 1) Buyer meet seller at viewing location no obligation but buyer agree the price & condition but need to verify at RSC but seller don't want to waste time hang around there but seller want to close the deal but buyer die die need to verify at RSC but hey how many but lahhhh...
Step2) No seller want to waste time meet directly at RSC for buyer decide to buy or not. Verify at RSC if lucky take few hours if unlucky almost whole day. Is good to do this way, buyer meet seller at viewing location no obligation, buyer on the spot decided to buy, buyer need to verify at RSC, seller have no time to hang around there, nothing impossible if both parties corporate but how. Step3 maybe help.....
Step3) After few hours viewing & talking, buyer check the watch & happy with seller attitude, both parties happy. Buyer pay $200 deposit, buyer don't have to meet up on sending the watch to RSC, both parties meet up on collection at RSC. Example, meet up on sunday night, seller sending the watch to RSC on next day during free time, set appointment with buyer day & time for collection, both parties meet at RSC reception for collection. Buyer noted this down, payment receipt not indicated the watch original or fake, seller won't do collection until buyer present, verbal explanation given by the receptionist.
The last step) Collecting & payment $107 by buyer, don't forget your courtesy gift ROLEX pouch by RSC. Make use of the guest lobby, both parties sit down let buyer check all the set, buyer making the rest of the payment 10k, buyer please cooperate prepare big cash , easy for seller.
Seller closed the deal with happy, buyer walk out from RSC like walk out from AD hehe. Both parties happy ever after & Mary Christmas.
