        • Go in the monring when they had just starting to open shop is the best. I send it mine at around 1030am, got it at around 1pm on a weekday.

          • Quite disappointed with RSC

            Summary of full story.

Bought wife new rolex in May. Been slow every day like 5 secs, and date change 5 - 6 mins.
Bring in 1st time, hospitalised for 1 week. Watch still slow by 5 - 6 secs, date slightly better, change @ 4mins 30 sec..
So send in again, they calibrate and said ur watch is slow by 2sec only when me and my wife used gmt
as reference every day. then I realised date change start getting slower like 6 - 7mins again so I send in.
this time hospitalised for 1 and half week, come out bracelet scratched. 1st day date change within 5mins,
but after that day up til nw, date changed from 8 - 9mins.
Really dunno what to say of Rolex standards.

Assuming the watch is slow 5sec everyday, it's just slightly out of the COSC standards of -4 to +6 secs a day. While it's SLIGHTLY OFF, it isn't a big issue.

MUST the date of your watch change at 12mn sharp? Nope?

                        • I guessed TS is feeling a bit sad to have spent so much on a watch, end up having such inaccuracy.
