Need advice in overseas AD.

Hi all,

Appreciate if the "old birds" could kindly advise if I should get a gmt TT from a shop or grey importer in garage? Both are priced similarly just that the shop offered 1 year in house servicing. Apart from that both are from overseas AD. Do I really need that 1 year in house servicing since Rolex is covered by international warranty. Also since its a shop, chances are gst will be imposed on top of the selling price right?
