as with all dealers, just take usual precaution. Sam's got more panerais, he got a good selection. but i have caught him lying thru his teeth before!!! he is not so experience in PPs and RMs, but i understand he is just trying to close a deal. not sure about his claim that he only take a minimum cut on a given watch. having said that, he is a very nice guy, but horological knowledge somewhat lacking

just round down to nearest hundred even, eg 7200...7000, 6800....6500. somethinglike that lah.....at the end of the day, just be frank with him and tell him what your price expecations are. just call and check price FIRST before you go down.
