Hi there, I am new here and want to buy a rolex. I have been searching the website for pricing of new and preowned rolex. I have a budget of 7k. I am happy to get a preowned but at the same time, I am interested in the datejust ii 116300 white or blue bezel.
Can anyone give me some advise? Is it true that the maximum discount one can get from local AD for a rolex is at 15% max?

Hmm...u can do more searches in rolex garage & chkout those advertisers' websites here mate. Anyway, imho u can consider brand new SS Air King/Oyster Perpetual models to begin with ur S$7K budget? Gd luck & happy hunting!

I suggest you go to Taka HG to have a look at their collection and see if any piece fits your budget. I also suggest that u save a bit more so that you have more choices. My personal preference is to buy brand new if you do not intend to sell later. Just a personal choice.

You can get an Explorer I brand new for around 7.8k. A ore-owned piece goes for about 6k.

Can consider sub gmt or explorer2 for sports series... Don't think you will go wrong with them.

I targeted 116300 but end up with sub. Not regretted with my choice although coughing out more. I would say sub is worthwhile

My personal view, with a budget of 7k can buy either a 116234 (M/V Series) or a Sub ND.

Btw that's what I am looking around also.

How abt a sea dweller 16600? Just got mine below 7 in a good minty condition. Box and Papers. The guy even pumped and did the waterproofing test in front of me to show thats it watertight!!
