          Trip-lock crown (submariner, SD, YM etc) comes with three dots, not a stroke

              3 dots = triplock....
              stroke = twinlock....

              for more in depth knowledge.... this is useful

                    The pro lai liao... Anyway,usually I don't use the dots or the stroke to tell if the watch is fake not that possible unless it's a very lousy fake.
