Diff. between 69174, 79174 & 179174

Can any bro pls help to clarify what is the difference for the ladies DJ -69174, 79174 & 179174 ? Think is the year, but is there any diff on the look ? Was quote $3800 before discount (yr 2000-model 79174) Is it worth ?? Thank in advance. & Wish All Happy New Year !!!

179174 has the newer styled bracelets, as for 79174 and 69174...not much diff.

Looks are basically the same...I think a 79174 at most I would pay is $3200 if condition is gd,with box and papers
