Best price to sell rolex watch
If i want to sell my rolex oyster perpetual watch, how much should i sell it? I heard rolex watches doesn't depreciate. Is it true?

Not entirely true.
You cannot expect to get the same amount you bought the watch for.
Almost all rollies depreciate in value. The exceptions are certain vintages and rare limited editions.
The sport series hold value well and if you're looking for little depreciation then that's what u should go for.
Most ppl will mark down 20-30 percent from what I've seen here -

well, rolex has 2 "increase" their prices every yr so as 2 keep the 2nd hand market alive!
Only rare/highly collectable rollies will truely benefit from this perceived non-depreciation. Btw, precious metals, salaries of workers in rolex factories, etc increase every yr & these factors contribute 2 price increase lor. Sigh!

I doubt so unless it is a rare model that is sought after. I suggest you do a search on your particular model on the forum to see the current selling prices for Brand new ones and resale ones. Then find the closest estimate to your year of purchase to see your estimate current value.Comment
