I'm sure RSC can do that but at a premium price! I was quoted abt S$3-4K for a diamond dial recently & bear in mind that RSC gets 2 keep the old dial! Reason being so that owners don't get to sell/trade the old dial on forums???

yes, they are control freaks as far as original parts is concerned
this is so as to limit the preown market to prevent it from growing out of control
the irony of it is rolex makes their watches so reliable they hardly fail even over prolonged usage
