Old Rolex Celini

Hi All,

I am new here and wish to find out what I have really is and an indication of
what one will pay for a watch like this now.

I bought this in 1995/6 from a antique shop along Neil Road, opposite the SGH
for about 3,000.00 if i remember correctly.

This is the real thing cos I bought only the watch body and took it to Rolex Centre
the next day to have them service, and put on the leather strap and bucket,
all for about 500.00 or thereabouts. Can't remember the exact amount as it
was some long ago. The receipt may be lying around somewhere . . .

Any ideas any of the older folks or collectors ???

Hard to say without knowing the reference number. It's probably a 4-digit number, possibly between the lugs behind your strap on the 12 o'clock side of the case.

Or may be on one of the RSC receipts.
