However, unable to restore 1 part, I believe the experts can spot it
Beautiful timepiece from my late-Grandfather... Anyone knows which year/date for this model?

60's to 70's my grandad hv the 1807 with bark bezel and bracelet. His gold diam dial is not as cool as yr black one, maybe ask him to change lol.Comment

To test if bracelet is real gold? What a silly test. Just weigh the bracelet and u will know if its 18k. Probably a Jeweller will know how to fix your link. It will be able to clean off the acid.
But the biggest problem is that the acid by now would be in the metal and not just on the surface.
So after a period of time, the stain will resurface.Comment

Go rsc never wrong.
People don't run a company so big and charge so high for nothing.
Outside I don't really trust unless they allow u to sit beside them and look at how they do your watch.
Technicians himself from Pxxg Kxxx watch can tell me don't buy and service watch here and outside. Parts tends to get changed.
Of cos not change to imitation parts, but just changed to older parts.
Meaning u buy a brand new car but fitting with a 3years old engine.Comment
