as far as I know, if you are sending the latest models, eg DSSD, milgauss, etc with V series, those aunties don't even bother to ask for the warranty card. They will ask you what is the problem, send your watch into the tech area, take out the bracelet and check, then she will ask for your info (name, phone, etc) and key into their system...

Quite true, V series they normally wont ask for warranty card.
I heard from my tour guide when in swiss that rolex bought in sg is not international warranty, whereas rolex bought in swiss is international warranty.
Anyone can confirm this?

That is interesting. But if you buy at swiss(at the shop recommended by your tour guide) , your tour guide get to earn Swiss Franc Commission, but he could not earn any commission from you if you buy in Singapore.
