Questions on rolex 16610 U series.

I got some questions hoping members here could help me with.
Recently i purchased an pre-own rolex sub 16610 U series.
Dial shows swiss-T<25,is it normal that the markers have not shown any change in colours?Or has the dial been change?Kindly need the advise from all the rolex expert out there,greatly appreciated.
