      T&R..
LP and China town shops are about the same. Personally, I prefer LP as there are more ADs and more choices. If you have the time, do more leg work to visit both places. It is part of the enjoyment to source your desired rolex.
The problem with datejust is that there are too many variants to choose from.
All ADs are reliable and pricing depends on the design (newly released design get less discount) and your relationship with the AD. I have no dealing experience with pre-owned shops, so I cannot advise.

I am just thinking it is best to get a receipt becos it is proof that you paid the AD in case the watch is fake (I know less likely but always good to be safe) or maybe got problem then get can get replacement from AD. If not may have to send RSC for repair. Unless of course u buy from someone in this forum but u still get it verified at RSC.

          Well just my thoughts...

i see no reason why cannot issue. in sg, there is no way to siam GST. someone has to pay.

to me if any AD refuse to issue u a official receipt, then something is not right.

I should ask the AD to write on the receipt something like " the purchased Rolex watch is authentic and genuine, including 220 of its conponents are Rolex's authentic original and are not aftermarket conponents. If it is discovered by Rolex Service Centre to be otherwise, user reserved the right to seek the full refund of the watch amount from the shop as indicated on the shop issued receipt where this Rolex watch is purchased",rite?

Is it too Kiasu? My 1st time buying a Rolex so kindly advise.

Bezel protector is a piece of plastic...that covers the bezel..

this is called diamond bezel...the "ring" of diamonds

I don't think the AD will write that on the receipt. Come on, what if someone bought a Rolex from them, ask them write that down, then go out and change some parts, then go to RSC verify, then go back and get full refund... You're smart, AD ain't stupid...
