    hi,

do bear in mind that others may have positive experience in purchasing with regards to this or that website overseas. however, that does not equate to 100% risk free.

to me, buying from overseas always carry risks and other factors
        • GST
        • courier handling (at least 2 - one from source country, one from destination country)

seller may have good reputation, but all it takes is just 1 bad transaction. yeah. counter argument is that why would such a reputable risk reputation. there is a classic case that happen and was discussed in WUS. seller and buyer have good reputation. buyer bought a PP. end up with a rock inside. seller claim innocence. losing party is still buyer. so up to individual.

unless savings is really substantial and i cannot get it locally, then i may consider.

otherwise, i just get locally. may pay more but at least i get to handle the watch first.

even if you factor in that there is still a 7% on the price you buy? yes, you may pay more. but at least you can see the watch physically, take it to authentication. how much savings are you looking @?

also dont forget if anything happens, and you need to send it back to seller. who is responsible for insurance/fright charges?

sometimes paying the local premium is more cost effective in the long run.
