Bracelet on GMT2c

Hi all btw im a newbie to rolex,recently bought a GMT2c from overseas AD and i made a verification from RSC..they adjust the bracelet to my wrist n it was ok at first but after a while i felt that i want it to be loosen a bit...so my qns is should i go back to RSC to get it adjust or any normal watch shop to do it? Pls advise n i appriciate your help..thanks
