  • rolex king... star... queen... simi lai eh?

    i've always heard of older generations talking about rolex king... rolex star... and i just saw someone mention rolex queen.

    what models do they (roughly??) correspond with?

    king = day-date?
    star = datejust?

    or...???

    neva heard rolex star before. but to my noobish knowledge, king = president = gents day date. queen i would guess means ladies day date?

      Here's the translation...

      King = Solid gold DD
      Boy King = Solid gold DJ
      Star = TT DJ (Sometimes mid size is associated too)
      Boy = Mid size DJ
      Queen = Solid gold ladies DJ
      Rolec kia = Rolex 6694 (As some call, but it's unofficial)

      满天星 = Paved Diamond Dial My fav!
