How much for a pre-owned Lady Datejust

I'm looking at two watches at Peng Kwee and would like opinions on how much is a reasonable price for the following:

+Lady Datejust midsize 78273 gold/ss bracelet, ss case, gold bezel, diamond face, circa 1996(?) Asking 7,600.

+Lady Datejust midsize 68273 gold/ss bracelet, ss case, gold bezel, mother of pearl and diamond face, circa 1996(?) Asking 8,300.

I was told there would be more room for negotiation.

Reasonable price yea...for the 78273 is about 4-4.5k there abouts.
