I went to check out some shops at the bencoolen, some of their rolex does not come with box and cert. If i'm keen on buying how do i verify without going to rsc?

This is somewhat a 'mission impossible' question. There is no 100% way of verification w/o sending in a watch to the RSC. Moreover you are talking about one w/o paper and box. What you can do is to tell the shop owner/sales person that you will send the watch for verification after the purchase, and get their consensus to revert the sales if the watch is found fake/non-original. Most will agree.
