the gmt hand and the hr hand doesn't tally. what happen ???

you can manually change. consult the manual and you will know how to change in no time.

the key feature of this watch is to tell the user at least 2 time zone.
you should be happy that the GMT and hour hand are pointing @ different hours.
like seiko.citizen mentioned, consult the user manual to attempt to align the GMT hand to coincide with the hour hand, vice versa.
if you still cannot do it, bring it back to the AD to ask them to show u how to do it.
this watch can tell 3 time zone.
