But as long as they taper down to 16mm width, the sports series sparelinks should fit different models as i believe the dimensions are shared
The difference is not so much in terms of fitting physically but more of aesthetically.
Becos the links could be differently polished in different areas.
Some are all brushed steel , some are brushed steel with polished sides, sone are brushed steel with polished centers and sides etc...
Take note that old oyster links may noy fit new oyster brcelet and vice versa becos they did change the dimensions.
New ones are fatter and have bigger pins .
If want to buy, best is bring your watch

As it happen SRC was closed on the weekend, I did make a mistake of sending my Sub for servicing by one of the reputable watch shop in Lucky plaza but come back with a worn out and loose bracelet- definitely been swap by the tech.
My Sub is a COMEX issue 5514, was wondering if my original bracelet are different from the current sub bracelet.
PLease advice?
Cannot imagine this can happen - what a low life.
Nice thread with great info, thanks TS...

But price-wise is very subjective, do some leg works to get the best deal
