Differs from people to people. Some like to move their hands everywhere when typing ie. drink water, eat bread, wank, touch forehead, touch here touch there. Others like me, lock my wrist to the front of the keyboard of my lappie and move mainly my fingers.
mainly lunch and toilet breaks are the only few times I really swing my hands about.
but anyway, no point arguing. why don you try 8 hours placing the watch on a winder but only on-ing it for an hour to test my above example? easier to understandI dont need another watch, I dont need another watch, I dont need another watch, I dont need another watch.........

how do you determine fully wind up or not?
I wear it for a good 6hrs, at times longer.
Is that consider fully winding it?
Thanks for your advice!
if after winding the watch 40-50 times and leaving the watch alone you get SIGNIFICANTLY less than that (eg, less than 40 hours), your watch probably just needs a service.
also, the rotor in a rolex watch is "charging" the movement in a very efficient manner as it does not use ball bearings but a bushing, and it works bi-directionally (both CW and CCW).
this means that compared to most other movements that only work in one direction, it will take less effort to get a rolex up to full PR.“Watches, no matter how much they cost, are better at telling time than making a person happy.†- Thomas J. Stanley

Its unscrew and wind the watch.
Its at position 0 for the crown, meaning just unscrew till it pops out. Do not pull it.
Using your words above to give you illustration,
Position 0 = "first click"
Position 1 = "2nd(hr hand)"
Position 2 = "3rd(min hand)"I dont need another watch, I dont need another watch, I dont need another watch, I dont need another watch.........
