Gold plating fell off !!Help!

My wife brought the watch to RSC today.

Suprisingly, RSC fixed it in 45mins WITHOUT ANY CHARGE on the part/labour

And ......wait for it......

NO "service/overhaul" speech as well

BTW, RSC claims that it is not "glued" but "soldered".

tats gd news for u man.mine actually drop off last two mth.send to rsc replaced for foc.haiz they took the drop gold piece back.i shld have kip the gold piece inside my pocket.tat piece is make of gold >.<

Just went down to RSC today for same problem without the drop off piece (lost it long time ago), No Charge!

looks like I'll never buy a TT watch if the gold can drop off so easily....

disappointed with Rolex quality / design in this instance

I think the current series don't have such problems or at least not that I heard of any problems with the new SEL bracelets

yes its free,send my dad watch rsc for replacement about 1 ago.don't know about now since gold price is so high
