Is there any chance of AD selling used LNIB pieces as BNIB? thanks

yes, but the AD runs the risk of having the line taken away from them by rolex if the customer complains and it is a genuine case of LNIB sold as NIB.

but rolex allows their authorized jewelers to sell LNIB (eg, returned pieces)/non-movers/display pieces at an official discount from time to time. otherwise all pieces sold MUST be brand new and there's a sales procedure to follow (as another member mentioned about filling in of the card).
