if it is a manual wind watch, usually i wind to maximum and let the PR use to last day then up again.
if automatic watch, i dont bother to wind them. normal watch wearing daily will do the job.if you have issues with your account, click here for self help and read forum rules here. 90% of your answers can be found in Forum FAQ

"Hi all, just to ask u guys do ur alway keep all ur watches wind up?"
- No.
"Or just let the power reserve to finish, then let the time stop??"
- Yes.
"Which 1 would be better for ur watch maintenance in the long run?"
- Less winding = less movement, of course.
"N lastly do u do more manual winding or put on a watch winder?? Thks!!"
- Don't quite get the question. I only need to wind the
watch that I'll be wearing for that the day/occasion. So,
I'll have to manual wind it to the correct time and date,
and wear it out.
