TT Rolex means Gold plated or solid Gold?

    TT Rolex means Gold plated or solid Gold?

    Hey, was wondering as i was looking at the picture the nice GMT IIC TT.

    Is the Polish center Link of the TT just gold plated?

    Also, when i was young ( many many years ago ), hear that Rolex is solid gold, so now, still have solid Gold rolex? for case and / or bracelet? TT ? Full Gold?

    Don think its solid gold, or else will be very soft and prone to dinks and knocks... should be gold plated... "old birds" pls confirm as i do not owned a TT...

      I think its gold , but not our normal 916 or 999 gold, its 1 grade below the 916 , but still consider gold .

        It's solid 18k gold...except the OLD OLD OLD 1s are 14k

                      Wow....OK thanks for the confirmation.

                      Good to know that it is solid 18k gold and not just gold plated.....
