Are there supposed to be 12 or 13 links in the full bracelet?

is it the same number for the 16610 and the new ceramic model?

13 links tho my pal bot a new gmt2 ceramic fr overseas AD that had 12 links.
Average Asian hands only need 11 links leaving two spare.
For full gold or half gold models , the links cost a lot to buy from RSC!
