Veraet watch spray cleaning kit for luxury watches......??????

hi everybody....

just heard about this watch cleaning kit or some sort which apparently works wonders on cleaning watches... read alot about this product from various watch forums and it seems to have received very good reviews and positive comments... well i just went ahead and ordered it from their official website and it costs me close to a $100 dollars plus shipping... i bought the superlative watch kit and it seems to include alot of stuffs.. so let me know your views on this product and if any of you guys have used them before... thankS...

I found it while browsing through sheldon's site at www.minus4plus6.com... It cleans better and it comes with a brush that can't scratch my watches especially the polished surfaces..

from the video, i dont see any difference in quality of cleaning between using this product and just rinse with water

It leaves a squicky feeling in the watch and it helps to clean the dirt and grime from the bracelet that'll help prevent the bracelet from stretching.. And i find it better than cleaning with regular soap and it also comes with cleaners for leather straps..

$100 sounds pricey for a cleaner or cleaning kit. I assume it contains some chemicals so I wonder if it is suitable for all type of materials used on watches?

I find it best to clean watches cos it's very effective and doesn't contain certain chemicals that regular soap or detergent has cos i've ever experienced washing my watches with regular soap and there always be a sort of smudge like residue on the crystal that will leave ur crystal blurry for a few days then dissappear... so this cleaning kit has none like that and alot of rolex collectors use them worldwide... i'm also in the process of getting an ultrasonic cleaner to clean my bracelet of my rolex and also to clean all my other 22k gold jewelry that me n my wife own... which costs ard $100 plus is inexpensive.. wil update this thread once i buy the ultrasonic cleaner...

i'll stick with kao magic clean bleach solution or denture cleanser... they are "free" (a magic clean spray bottle is always available in my home thanks to my wife) and easy to get (box of denture cleanser tablets available at all pharmacies) and works well.

I might use these techniques on ss watches but on my tt watch, i'm a bit hesitant as i've experienced discolouration on my old tt sub's bracelet gold PCLs.. on 22k gold jewelries is ok with regular soap and cleaners cos of the 91.6% gold content but on 18k gold is abit rough on the gold i think... so that's why i went and got the veraet...
