Seeking Advice of Prices of Watches (BNIB, Preown)

Not an expert, just to share from what little i know about pre-owned watches prices in the market(prices are dependant on conditon, bought from pre-own shop,completeness,etc):

In SGD, prices current today to the best of my knowledge, please share the prices that you know.

Datejust 69173 with diamonds - About 4000
Datejust 67193 - About 2700-3000
Datejust "boy" size with diamonds - About 3500

Explorer 1 - About 3700-4000

116520 SS Daytona (BD, New from AD) - 19,500-20,500
Pre-own shop in Lucky Plaza - 18,500
Other pre-own shops - 18,000
Other dial, TT - 15,500-17,000
Older daytonas - 10,000 onwards
16523 CD - 10,500
16523 CD with diamonds - 12,500-13,000
Pre-own shop in Lucky Plaza - 14,500

Sea dweller/Submariner(pinhole) - 5800-7000

GMT 2 TT 16713 (pinhole) - 6600-6800
GMT 2 SS 16710 (pinhole) - 5800-5900
(I got my 16710 at 5800 with black bezel thrown in)

I switch between the GMT 2 TT and my 2 daytonas daily, for some reason, the SS daytona,GMT 2 TT and TT daytona are my favourite watches in that order.

Watch condition is really a factor when purchase pre-own watch

Agree, year, condition, original exterior parts, availability of links are very important. Boxes are usually given free from shops for the watch you purchase, i view the papers as more important if you think of selling it after sometime.
