Thanks. President for sure, 36mm. I have never seen ths type of dial before and suggested that either the dial was changed or modded with the diamonds.

I will be meeting him this Sat and will try out the quick set.

Saw the watch in person. NOS 18238 with complete papers and box. Was a gift to his dad for 30 years of service and retirement. He wil not be wearing it but passing down to his son. If anyone can shed some light on the dial or the value, do post your thoughts.
