authenticate vintage rolex at RSC

Hi guys, was wondering will RSC tell you which part of the watch has been reworked or even been replaced with new original parts before (ie the dial and hands)when you bring a vintage watch for verification. Or do they just tell u it's real rolex that's all and collect $75

if you send to service quote, they will tell you what need to be changed

is there any recommended place that i could get an accurate assessment on a vintage watch besides RSC?

RSC will be your best bet, alternatively, you can visit, top hour (located in lucky plaza) who is a ex RSC technician.

Oh yes, Top hour. Popped by once into Mr Lim's shop. Very friendly and sincere man. But do you know how much Mr Lim charges for the verification services?

Joining the topic,there was once I sent in my Rolex 6694 for a service quotation as the time stop frequently.It was est. 620 dollars,was very shock and in the end I sent it to a low profile watch shop in Upper Serangoon Shopping Centre.He did a full servicing and it was running perfectly.Sometimes it is good to ask around.
