Hi - My wife was gifted a pre-owned ladies diamond decorated Rolex. Diamond dial markers and diamonds on bezel. She has had it for awhile can anyone give me an approximate valuation or point me to where I can get it fairly valued? Thanks in advance.

Because if these diamonds are not supposed to be fitted on this model, then it is an 'illegal modification'. And this makes it difficult to value. The ROLEX Service Centre (RSc) will not even 'touch' it if you bring it there for service/repair. In addition if the diamonds are real, then valuation will have to be determined on the value of the diamonds with proper paper certification (of the diamonds alone), then add on to the watch's valuation. I may be wrong but that's my guess only

It's aftermarket that's for sure, diamonds typically are real just what is the quality of the diamonds that's the issue.

Diamonds are real usually...not worth to put crystals because your cost to do everything is so high..and you want to put CRYSTALS?! Hahaha...
The diamonds will not have proper paper certification, because again it doesnt to make economic sense to get it certified. So you gotta trust what the buyer says and typically even a jeweller can only give you a range like F-G colour. Actual thing only when checked by expert or the various big diamond certification houses then can tell.
Correct me if I am wrong.

I guess the diamonds are originally attached to this watch. Because I have seem rolex shop overseas selling plenty of full diamond rolex. And how many will modified their rolex with so many real or artificial diamonds. Not sure price also but if it's original should be above 10k ba. My guess also..

I never doubted the authenticity of the diamonds...it's the quality of diamonds which is the doubtful part. You can always test if the diamond is authentic, not an issue, (it's also a selling and marketing point to use authentic diamonds) but they usually use the lower grade diamonds.
The bezel probably is worth $800-1000. Watch is around 4.3-4.5k Est
