I just bought a simple and cheap watch winder for 2 watches. 1 is a Rolex GMT and the other a 40 year old vintage omega constellation. I'm asking for recommendation for the best setting. Now I'm using 5 mins clockwise,5 mins counter clockwise, continue for 3 hours than rest 9 hours than cycle continues. Do you guys think this setting is ok for my watches?
