The Boxy winder selling in JW (Singapore) comes with the cable for each box, which can also be used for the base. The set you bought from Brookstone.com provided only 1 AC adapter? That means the box cannot be charged on its own separately from the base?

The base delivers power to all 4 boxes. Hence, one adapter is sufficient.
U can't charge the box. It needs power to run. Alternatively, u can use battery adapter (useful if u keep in the safe).

Can direct connect too. Alternatively, u can also leave it on the base and off the other 3 boxes.
