cck1609, did u mean cannot close clasp? I have the same problem too, how i wish they have different pillow sizes to cater different wrists LOL.

If you are able to locked bracelet on the pillow, than u shld be able to slot the pillow into the pigeon hole..

I believe you have same problem as me. I have a small wrist, hence many links are taken out. You need to choose your winder wisely as some winder pillow cannot deal with such small bracelets. two options, get soft pillows or change a winder.

your issues with watch winder pillow/cushion may be resolved by our resident DIY specialist - ten10.

my suggestion is take pictures of the cushion and/or pillow with the winder together and separately as an item and email to ten10@sg-roc.com for advice.

this would save you the hassle having to bring the winder to him for first consultation.

just a suggestion cut out a piece of foam to size...referable a black or cream coloured one to match your winder...if necessary cover it in velvet or cloth etc...

I have the same problem with my wife's watches. Yes. The placement of a piece of cut foam is the solution I adopted as well.
I don't have enuf watches but I will stop buying now!
